Shipping & Delivery

Within India: - Shipping charges are separately mentioned in each product for domestic addresses. - COD facility is available on all in stock products. For customised products, COD facility is not applicable. - The product is usually shipped within 3-6 business days of placing the order. - Delivery time may vary from 6-10 business days.

Return & Refunds

- Return request can be placed within 7 days from the delivery day. - Please make sure the original tags and packing are intact before returning. Products with missing tags or packaging, or used products will not be applicable for refund. - Once the product is received back and accepted for return, the refund will be processed within 3 business days. - No return will be accepted in case of customised products.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation can be requested via email, or our contact us page. Cancellation is not possible if the product is already shipped.

Order Tracking

- Orders can be tracked through the tracking number that will be given after the order is shipped. - The particular tracking number can used on the corresponding service provider's site.
